– I originally wanted to bake Ube crinkles so I followed @chefrvmanabat ‘s Chocolate Crinkle recipe and substitute cocoa powder with my hydrated ube powder. The batter turned out too liquidy that you wouldnt be able to scoop it out. And since I dont want to waste it, why not bake it into a cupcake and it did! I also wanted to make buttercream frosting but tiredness+laziness won. Next time, maybe?
