UBE CHEESE PANDESAL

– will probably take a more decent photo next time. 2nd time and it tastes better, well for my palate, probably because there is real ube halaya filling plus I used ube powder for the dough this time with ube extract. The first time I made this you cannot taste the ubeness in the dough. Gutted though that I used APF coz I think this will be softer with BF. Thanks to my go-to website @foxyfolksy when I feel baking.
