– baked this cake super late for my friend’s birthday. Better late than never. Top sponge is the Vanilla Sponge Cake which Ive incorporated some sprinkles in the batter and bottom one is the Chocolate Sour Cream Cake which is surprisingly moist (yeah sour cream is the reason why). I got no feedback from her so maybe that means I need to improve this one next time.
