– my first time to bake this cinnamon roll and though I think that I almost made a toasted bread, its still soft and tastes so good as per my flatmates, hehe. Followed the recipe TastesOfLizzyT except that I used bread flour instead of APF and my own cream cheese frosting recipe. I also added walnuts and raisin to the other half of the dough so that aside from the plain one, the other half would have a bit of a crunch. Kitchen space in the flat is very limited so I wasn’t able to roll the dough equally (as you can see in the pic). I was really happy to finally use again (2nd time only) my mixer coz it really makes the difference and less effort with kneading. I think Im gonna bake more bread in the future.
